Clinically called augmentation mammoplasty, breast augmentation is usually performed for aesthetic reasons, but may also be performed for reconstructive purposes in some cases.

Anesthesia

Recovery

Most patients may be able to resume their regular activities or return to work in about 10 to 14 days.
